Annual Meeting Notice

Members, come join us for our annual meeting! There will be refreshments, and a chance to vote in our upcoming Board of Directors election.

The annual meeting will be held on April 20th, 2023 at Southern Union in the Student Union Building at 6 PM. Reservations are requested. Business casual dress code. There will be an annual report, election of officers, and a prize drawing.

The following members have met eligibility requirements to be listed as a nominee for the expired Board of Directors term. There are no nominations from the floor and the election will be cast by ballot at the meeting only. There are three positions to fill.

Mr. Sidney Long has been a credit union member for over 39 years and is a retiree of the B.F. Goodrich Tire Plant. He was the Lead Architect Person in the Quality Control Department and brings over 24 years of management/supervisory skills. He has served as a credit union board volunteer for over 20 years, and he has taken extensive credit union supervisory and board member educational courses which have given him an excellent understandng of the operations of credit unions. He has been an asset to the credit union while serving on the board.

Mr. Ronnie Ware has been a member of Four Seasons Federal Credit Union since 2003. Ronnie
is the co-owner of Gentry and Ware Motor Company which has served the Lee County area since 1989. Mr. Ware has served on several boards and advisory committees with organizations in the community including the Boys and Girls Club, Future Business Leaders of America, and the Opelika Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves as a board member of Four Seasons Federal Credit Union as well as the Industrial Development Authority for the city of Opelika.

Mrs. Tabatha White has been a member of Four Seasons Federal Credit Union (FSFCU) since 2010. She is a graduate of Auburn University and is employed by Alabama Power Company as their Customer Service Manager. She is directly responsible for all aspects of the daily operations of the Auburn and Union Springs offices. Currently, Tabatha serves as Board Chair of FSFCU Board of Directors, a member of the Executive Board of Directors for Opelika Chamber, Vice-President of Alabama Power Service Organization, a member of the Executive Advisory Committee for Commerce and Information Technology and a member of the Program Advisory Committee for Opelika High School. She also serves on the board of Directors
for Envision Opelika and the Child Advocacy Center Board. She is an active member of the Greater Peace Missionary Baptist Church where she serves in various capacities and is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., Mu Sigma Omega Chapter. White previously served as a member, and then the Chairman, for FSFCU Supervisory Committee.
