We are complying with the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and our regulator, the National Credit Union Administration.

SOME OF THE PRECAUTIONARY STEPS WE HAVE TAKEN TO ENSURE YOUR SAFETY ARE AS FOLLOWS:

  • Enhanced cleaning and sanitizing of our facilities, counter tops, writing utensils, and equipment
  • Continuous wiping down of areas of member usage throughout the day
  • Protective wear for our staff and hand sanitizer in our lobbies for members and visitors
  • Elimination and/or rescheduling of unnecessary travel and group settings. AS A RESULT, OUR ANNUAL MEETING HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO TUESDAY, MAY 19, 2020. SAME TIME AND LOCATION.

HOURS OF OPERATION: At this time, we will continue our normal lobby and drive-thru hours of operation, but the hours are subject to change depending on the impact of the virus in our local area.

SAFER, CONVENIENT WAYS FOR YOU TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNTS AND PROVIDE INFORMATION TO US:

  • Drive-thru locations – at Pepperell Parkway and at Marvyn Parkway. You can make deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and check balances. You cannot receive a money order, cashier’s check, discount entertainment or travel tickets, or perform CO-OP Service Center transactions.
  • Night Drop – you can securely leave deposits, payments, and documentation at both branch locations.
  • ATMs – You can get cash and check your balance at each of our branch’s ATMs and at over 55,000 surcharge-free National and International ATMs via the Allpoint Network.
  • NexGen Online Banking – You can see account balances, history, check copies, get e-statements, make a transfer internally between accounts and externally via POPMoney, and pay bills with CheckFree Bill Pay. You can send us a message via this service.
  • NexGen Mobile Banking – download the Four Seasons FCU NexGen Mobile App on your cell phone. You can do many of the same transactions you can do via NexGen Online Banking.
  • Remote Deposit Capture – Deposit checks anywhere from via your mobile device. You must have the correct checking account for this service; some limitations and exclusions apply.
  • Online Applications – Visit apply.fourseasonsfcu.com to apply for loan(s) or membership 24/7.
