CheckFree Bill Pay

Our CheckFree Bill Pay service allows you to pay your monthly expenses quickly and easily. We even have partnerships established with many of the companies you may already pay bills to! Please note that to use CheckFree Bill Pay you must have an active NexGen Online Banking logon and a checking account tied to your Four Seasons FCU account portfolio. Simply click the ‘Pay Bills’ link at the top of NexGen Online Banking to get started. Once setup, you can enjoy the convenience of paying bills quickly, and effortlessly. You can even use this great service in our NexGen Mobile App!

Explore Electronic Statements

Electronic Statements are delivered to you faster and more securely than traditional paper statements. Monthly E-Mail notifications alert you when your statement is ready to be viewed. Once you are registered and logged into NexGen Online Banking, you can click/tap on any of your accounts to go into the Account Details page. Then simply click/tap the Online Statements link to continue to the E-Statements system. For your convenience, you have access to the last 18 months of statement history, and that history becomes instantly available the moment you sign up. You can save your statements electronically as a PDF (Acrobat Reader File), or simply print them for your records!

Remote Deposit Capture

At Four Seasons FCU, we believe technology should make your financial life EASIER! Our brand new Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) service allows members to take a picture of their check using their smartphone along with the NexGen Mobile App and deposit the funds directly into their RDC-enabled Checking Account! Take your Checking Account to the next level by asking one of our staff members for more details on how you can get a Remote Deposit Capture enabled Checking Account today!

With Fast Track you can access your account information from any touch tone phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Now, FastTrack is fully free! Call FastTrack as much as you like with no additional charge!

Signing up is EASY!

  1. Ask one of our staff members to sign you up.
  2. Pick up the phone and dial +1 (800) 789-4385.
  3. Enter your account number as exactly provided by our staff.
  4. Enter the four digit PIN Number associated with the account.
  5. Enter the last 4 digits of the telephone number on the account.

FSFCU understands the occasional need to check your account for such things as electronic deposits and withdrawals. However this service is not intended for balancing purposes. Please keep your check register current to ensure up-to-date account balances.
