in May 04, 2026

Hello all,

We have been alerted to a new scam that is directly targeting you. Click Read More to learn more about the scam.

We have been made aware that there is a new scam in which the scammer sends false caller ID information to your phone to make it appear like they are an authorized agent of Four Seasons FCU. The scammer will then tell you that you are delinquent on some loan or state or federal debt, and will instruct you to settle the debt using another financial institution or payment service.

This is a scam. State and federal governments do not accept payments using Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or other such payment services.

Four Seasons FCU does not accept loan payments through Cash App or Venmo, and we will never ask you to send money FROM your account through Zelle to settle a loan debt. We may ask you to pay your loan balance using our MessagePay service, but we will never force you to use it.

If you have been targeted in this scam, do not respond. If you have already given out your account information, contact us as quickly as possible so that we can help secure your account.
