  • When your loan due date is upcoming, you will receive a text message 5 days prior to your loan’s due date. You will be able to review your payment options, or can reply STOP to stop receiving these text messages.
  • You will be directed to our secure online portal where you can create an account to make a payment using any debit, credit, or ACH transfer.
  • Once your account is verified, you’ll be able to view and pay all loans on your account.

Is there a fee associated with MessagePay?

A convenience fee may be applied to your payment when using the MessagePay service. To avoid this fee, you may use FastTrack by Phone (our #1 to manage your account on-the-go), NexGen Online and Mobile Banking, or visit a branch location or utilize the CO-OP Shared Branching Network.

Can I pay another way?

Yes. You may use FastTrack by Phone (our #1 to manage your account on-the-go), NexGen Online and Mobile Banking, or visit a branch location or utilize the CO-OP Shared Branching Network.

Can I opt out of text messaging and still pay my account?

Yes, you will always be able to pay your account through FastTrack by Phone, NexGen Online & Mobile Banking, and by visiting a branch in person. However, you will no longer receive loan payment due notifications.
