- Issue new credit cards
- Re-issue/replace existing credit cards (both Instantly and via Mail Order)
- Card management through the telephone (Change PIN, report fraud, etc.)
- Card management through Online Banking
- Card payment through Online Banking
- Card payment in-branch
However, you will still be able to use your VISA Platinum Credit Card to make purchases and cash advances during this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and will have great new VISA Platinum Credit Card features when service is restored.
