Incident Update: Tap-to-Pay Outage

Hello members,

As you know we recently announced a service outage with all tap-to-pay services. After reviewing the tap-to-pay system with our payments processor, we determined that the tap-to-pay system is fully operational and functioning as intended.

If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us as soon as possible. We are conducting research with our plastics vendor to determine if the fault is with your new debit or credit card, or if the issue lies at the merchant level.
