As you know, we have been having an ongoing issue for some time with you being unable to view your credit card’s transaction and statement history. We are writing to you to announce that this issue has been fixed and that you can now view your credit card history through NexGen Online and Mobile Banking again.
At the bottom of this post is a document containing steps on how to view your credit card history. Please make sure to save this letter for future reference.
We understand that this issue should not have happened in the first place, nor should it have taken this long to resolve. We ask for your forgiveness and understanding on this matter. Rest assured we are discussing this matter with our credit card service partner to ensure an incident like this never happens again.
