Have you forgotten your login information to NexGen Online Banking? Try these steps to recover your NexGen username or reset your password.
To Recover Your Username
If you’ve forgotten your username, you can recover it easily. Please note that you cannot recover your username from the NexGen Mobile App; you must have a desktop PC or notebook computer.
When you get to the NexGen Online Banking login screen, you’ll see two small links to the right of the username and password boxes. To recover your username, you should click on the link called “Forgot user ID?”
Next, you’ll be asked to provide the email address that’s tied to your NexGen Online Banking account. Make sure to tick the “I am not a robot” checkbox.
If the email address you provided was correct, you’ll see a confirmation on your screen, and an email will be sent to your email address letting you know what your username is, or if there were any problems.
